N. Bendtner's hat-trick knocked out the USA, Germans played a draw with Australians

On this evening, national teams from various countries played friendly matches as preparation for continental championships. The most interesting meetings took place between the teams from Denmark and the USA, as well as Germany and Australia.

A five-goal drama unfolded in the clash between the Danish and American teams. In the first half, with goals from Jozy Altidore and Nicklas Bendtner, the teams went into the locker room with a tied score of 1-1 on the scoreboard, but the real excitement started after the break.

In the 66th minute, Aaron Johannsson scored, and it seemed that the US team would break the resistance of the Europeans. However, in the last ten minutes of the match, the evening hero, "Wolfsburg" striker Bendtner, scored two accurate shots.

In the other match, the world champions Germany faced the national team of Australia. After Marco Reus scored for Germany, Australia responded with two goals and even took the lead, but Joachim Low's team narrowly avoided an unexpected defeat.

In this match, the currently in-form Milan "Inter" forward Lukas Podolski saved the German team with a goal in the 81st minute.
