„AS Roma“ secured their second consecutive victory at the start of the season, but lost one of their key players. Jose Mourinho's team defeated „Cremonese“ 1-0 at home. In this match, the goalkeeper of the away team, on loan from „Inter“ team, blocked eleven shots from Roma's players. The winning goal came in the 65th minute, scored by Chris Smalling. Meanwhile, Nicolo Zaniolo suffered a shoulder injury at the end of the first half. It is also worth noting that Roma will be without their new recruit Gini Wijnaldum for some time, as he also suffered an injury.
