Homeland security Nani attacked Jamie Carragher, whose rough tackle left a deep wound on his leg.
Liverpool defender Carragher received a yellow card when in a match with the Manchester team he unnecessarily roughly tackled Nani. It was thought that the defender would be out of the lineup for a few months, but Nani recovered in just a few weeks.
"This is the second time Carragher has injured me. Earlier, because of him, I couldn't play for two months," complained Nani. "He always tries to take the ball away like that."
"I don't know what he was thinking at the time, but such an action cannot be called football."
He continued: "When I saw my leg for the first time, I thought I wouldn't play anymore this season, so I cried. Later, the doctors said I was lucky and just needed stitches, so I'll be back in lineup soon."
