"Napoli" President: Higuain's move to "Juve" would betray the club.

"Napoli" president Aurelio De Laurentiis assures that if Gonzalo Higuain decides to move to Turin's "Juventus," it will be a betrayal.

The Serie A champions really want the Argentine to be part of their team, but the outcome of negotiations is still unclear due to conflicting reports.

The president also reiterated that the striker will only leave if someone is willing to pay the buyout clause of more than 90 million euros specified in his contract.

"Higuain will not move to Juventus," De Laurentiis told Radio Kiss Kiss. "It would be unfair if he went to another Italian club."

"Rumors mean nothing, as there are still two years left on Gonzalo's contract. If no club comes forward with the specified buyout amount, he will definitely stay at Napoli.

"There are not many clubs that could pay such money. We will also see if Higuain will fulfill the love he swore to the Neapolitans."

Last season, the striker scored 36 goals in the Italian championship, breaking a long-standing record.
