"Manchester City" will have to fight much harder to secure "Napoli" - the Italian vice-champions have rejected the first offer.
It is no secret that Pep Guardiola has set his sights on signing Napoli midfielder Jorginho as his priority purchase this summer. He has been on the radar of the "City" all season long.
"Napoli" president Aurelio De Laurentiis has confirmed that the club has received the first offer.
"Jorginho? I have rejected the "Man City" offer for him, which was worth 45 million euros with 5 million euros in bonuses", the Italian told the "Corriere dello Sport".
Despite Napoli's reluctance to sell the midfielder, they should still consider an offer of 60-70 million euros.
