Nations' Cup Selection: Czechs cracked the whip on the English, French crushed the Icelanders.

On Friday, four qualifying matches for the 2020 European Championship were played.

In Group A, the English national team lost their first points, as they had to admit the Czech Republic's advantage with a score of 1:2.

The English team took the lead after the 5th minute with a penalty kick by Harry Kane, but the hosts equalized the result just four minutes later, when Jakub Brabec scored.

The winning goal for the Czech national team was scored in the 85th minute by Zdenek Ondrasek, who was left completely unguarded in the penalty area.

After this victory, the Czechs leveled in points with the leading English team in the group, although the latter have played one less match.

In Group H, the French national team achieved an important victory by defeating the Icelandic footballers with a score of 1:0.

The only goal in this match was scored in the 66th minute from the penalty spot by Olivier Giroud.

At the moment, the French and Turkish national teams are firmly leading Group H, each having collected 18 points.
