"Nations Cup" won't take place in Marocco

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) confirmed that Morocco will not host the 2015 "Nations Cup" and has been disqualified from the tournament.

The country requested CAF to postpone the competitions until 2016 due to the Ebola virus raging in the continent, but this possibility was rejected.

Therefore, Morocco decided to withdraw from hosting the "Nations Cup". The Football Confederation, meanwhile, announced that the country's footballers will not have the opportunity to play in the tournament at all.

The start of the competition, corresponding to the status of the African Cup, is scheduled for January 17th, with the strongest national team of the continent to be determined on February 8th.
