On Saturday, four more UEFA Nations League A division matches were played. England's national team achieved a dramatic victory by defeating Iceland with a minimal score of 1:0. The only goal of the match was scored by Raheem Sterling in the 91st minute from the penalty spot. Iceland had a golden opportunity to equalize in the 93rd minute, but Birkir Bjarnason missed a penalty kick. Both teams had to finish the match with a man down - England's Kyle Walker was sent off in the 70th minute, while Iceland's Sverrir Ingason was shown a red card in the 89th minute.

In other matches, Portugal secured a confident victory by defeating Croatia 4:1 at home, even without Cristiano Ronaldo. The goals were scored by Joao Cancelo, Diogo Jota, Joao Felix, and Andre Silva for the winners, while Bruno Petkovic scored a consolation goal for the visitors.
