On Tuesday, two matches were played in the UEFA Nations League A division. Ukraine's national team achieved their second victory in the tournament, unexpectedly defeating Spanish footballers 1-0 at home. Throughout the main match time, the visitors dominated. The Spaniards controlled the ball 70 percent of the game time and made a total of 20 shots towards the Ukrainian goal. However, the only goal of the match was scored by V. Tsygankov in the 70th minute, who outsmarted D. de Gea during a quick counterattack. Both teams will play their next matches on November 14th.

In other matches, a true goal thriller took place. In matches held in Germany, the hosts managed to equalize the result and achieve a 3-3 draw. The match was eventful. The Swiss team took the lead first, with M. Gavranović sending the ball into the net in the fifth minute. In the 26th minute, the visitors scored for the second time and doubled the lead. The goal scorer was R. Freuler. However, just two minutes later, T. Werner narrowed the gap. In the second half, the Germans continued to attack and in the 55th minute, they equalized the score after a shot by K. Havertz. In the 57th minute, M. Gavranović once again outsmarted E. Neuer with an excellent shot, making the score 2-3. However, in the 60th minute, Germany's forward S. Gnabry scored an unusual goal to level the score at 3-3.
