London's neighbor should be joined by Ajax captain Jan Vertonghen in the near future.
It is said that about 11 million euros will be paid for the Belgian national team's midfielder.
"My priority is Tottenham," said 25-year-old Vertonghen. "I feel that this could be my club, and this factor is important to me.
