New features of the "Premier" League's starting six championships

On Friday, the English "Premier" League championship starts. This season, several innovations have been introduced in the championship, reports lrytas.lt.

The 25th season of the English "Premier" League became the first to start on a Friday.

From now on, footballers who try to "fight" for a penalty kick or send the opponent out of the field by simulating a foul will be suspended for two matches from the game. The situation will be assessed by a three-person commission.

The "Premier" League decided to curb the creative decisions of club officials when forming the pitch - it is emphasized in the rules that the pitch can only be marked with traditional horizontal and white lines.

The "Premier" League remains conservative and resisted the popular trend of video assistance for referees, but changes could not be avoided. In England, beyond the sidelines of the pitch, there will be medics who will be allowed to watch the replay if they suspect that a player may have suffered a concussion.

For the first time, English "Premier" League matches will take place at the national English stadium, where the Lithuanian national team has also played. The "Tottenham Hotspur" club moves to the legendary Wembley Stadium, where they can try to achieve the highest attendance in the league's history. Wembley can accommodate 90 thousand spectators.

The English "Premier" League allows clubs to earn even more. From now on, clubs can sell advertising space on the left sleeve.
