England national team coach Fabio Capello has decided to give a chance to less known footballers such as Jay Bothroyd, Chris Smalling, Andy Carroll, and Jordan Henderson to shine in the national team.

It is predicted that Carroll and Henderson will be invited for the friendly match against France, but the inclusion of Bothroyd and Smalling is considered a surprise.

28-year-old Bothroyd represents the "Cardiff" club in the English Championship and has scored 11 goals in 13 matches.

Center-back Smalling wears the jersey of "Man Utd", but rarely breaks into the main lineup.
