"Newcastle" breaks "Chelsea" in the last seconds of the match

On Saturday evening, the unexpected end of the 23rd round of the English Premier League matches occurred.

Throughout the match, the "Newcastle United" team, mainly focused on defense, managed to defeat Frank Lampard's London-based "Chelsea" team in extra time.

The majority of the time, the "Blues" spent on the "Newcastle" side of the field, but this did not guarantee any goals - the hosts showed a very solid defense.

In the second half, Tammy Abraham had several good opportunities, but he failed to score each time, with Matt Ritchie clearing the ball from the goal line on one occasion.

"Newcastle" earned their first corner in the 93rd minute. As subsequent actions showed, this brought three points to the "Magpies" team.

"Chelsea" dealt with the first pass from the corner routine, but "Newcastle" soon regained possession, with Allan Saint-Maximin lifting the ball towards the penalty area and Isaac Hayden breaking free from opponents to score the winning goal with a precise header.

"Newcastle" managed to end their four game winning streak. For the "Chelsea" club, on the other hand, this was their eighth defeat of the season.
