Dominic Solanke scored in the 4th minute, but soon Anthony Gordon responded with a goal, which came after a controversial refereeing decision.

Just before the end of the first half, "Newcastle" took the lead after a goal from the hosts into their own net.

"Tottenham" were more dangerous in the second half, but failed to score, and the visitors celebrated victory.
