21-year-old "Lille" center-back Sven Botman continues to attract a lot of attention from other clubs, and now the Dutch defender has caught the eye of "Newcastle United" with a financial injection. Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that "Newcastle" are seriously interested in trying to sign S. Botman in January.
"Sharks" are still waiting for "Lille" to set the price for the center-back or to announce the possibility of acquiring him. Interest is also shown by "AC Milan," according to F. Romano. Last summer, S. Botman was sought after by "Wolverhampton," "Sevilla," and "Atalanta." The Dutch player has also been linked to bigger "Premier League" clubs, such as "Liverpool" and "Manchester United."
