„Newcastle United“ club is preparing to offer a new contract to one of the team leaders Bruno Guimaraes.
The 24-year-old Brazilian arrived at „Newcastle“ last January and instantly became one of the team's key players.
Although the current defensive midfielder's contract is valid until the summer of 2026, many famous European clubs would like to acquire the footballer, and „Newcastle“ wants to prevent that.
As journalist Fabrizio Romano reported, „The Magpies“ should offer B. Guimaraes a much more solid salary in the near future.
Brazil has already scored two goals in this season's matches.
