Neymar and Paris Saint-Germain reached a verbal agreement, according to which the player will be allowed to leave the club for 200 million euros this summer.
Barcelona, which sold the Brazilian last summer for a record sum of 222 million euros, is interested in bringing the player back to their team. The player is also linked with Madrid's Real team.
According to rumors, a representative of the Barcelona team met with the player's father in London last week to discuss a possible move back to the Catalan team.
PSG, which is facing issues with UEFA financial fair play rules, is considering selling the player.
