The Brazilian national team has a new sole captain - coach Tite handed over this role to the country's biggest football star Neymar.
Until now, Brazil did not have a clear captain under Tite - the armband was passed from one player to another.
Despite having experienced players like Thiago Silva and Marcelo on the team, Tite decided to appoint 26-year-old Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar as the captain.
"I am happy to be the team's captain again. Over all these years, I have learned a lot. I accept this responsibility and hope that such duties will help me even more in the field," said Neymar.
Neymar has already played 90 matches and scored 57 goals for the Brazilian national team.
