Brazilian prosecutors will have to review the police material within 15 days. The final decision will be made in court.
It is worth mentioning that the player was accused of rape by a Brazilian model who submitted a version to the São Paulo police that Neymar sexually abused her on May 15 at a Paris hotel.
Both Neymar and his representatives categorically denied this information and immediately agreed to cooperate with the police.
