During Wednesday evening's "Ligue 1" match, PSG narrowly defeated the championship underdog team "Strasbourg" with a score of 2:1.

PSG took the lead in this match by breaking through in the 14th minute. After a pass from Neymar from a set-piece, Marquinhos headed the ball into the net.

However, in the second half of the match, "Strasbourg" managed to come back. In the 52nd minute, Marquinhos scored again, but this time directing the ball into his own net.

Moreover, one of the leaders of PSG, Neymar, managed to collect two yellow cards within 2 minutes. The first, in the 61st minute, was shown for hitting an opponent in the face with his palm, and the second card, in the 63rd minute, was given for simulation in the opponents' penalty area.

Despite being a man down, the hosts maintained initiative throughout the remainder of the match and in the final moments managed to score the winning goal. In the 90+5 minute, Kylian Mbappe converted a penalty from 11 meters and extended his team's lead to three points.

After this match, the Parisian team still comfortably sits in the first position of the league table, 8 points ahead of the lower-ranked "Lens" players. Meanwhile, "Strasbourg" is in nineteenth place.
