"Barcelona" club's young star Neymar claims that he still doesn't deserve to be compared to the legendary Brazilian Pele.
Both football players are considered the best players of all time in the "Santos" team. Brazilians hope that Neymar will become the new Pele in the future.
"I am very pleased to be compared to such great football players like Pele," said the 22-year-old forward to journalists.
"But he is the king of football, and I am just a boy who wants to play football," Neymar, who triumphed with the Brazilian national team last summer in the FIFA Confederations Cup, humbly confessed.
Neymar also talked about the upcoming World Cup: "First of all, I am happy that this tournament will take place in our country. We will feel the pressure, but for a football player, this should not be an obstacle."
In his first season with "Barcelona," the Brazilian did not demonstrate excellent athletic form and scored 15 goals in 41 games played.
