Brazilian superstar Neymar should stay at Barcelona, says one of the club's directors Robert Fernandez. There were reports in the press that Neymar could leave the Catalans, and Argentine Paulo Dybala would come in his place.
The 25-year-old Neymar was linked with Premier League giants Manchester United. However, Fernandez quickly denied these rumors and assured that the Brazilian will not leave the Camp Nou stadium.
"He is not for sale," said the former Spanish national team defender. It was reported that Barcelona is very interested in Dybala, who contributed to the Catalans' exit in the Champions League quarterfinals, but Fernandez denied these rumors. He said it is highly doubtful that the Argentine will come to Barcelona because they have Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Luis Suarez: "Dybala is a fantastic player, but we already have the three best forwards in the world," said Fernandez.
Messi and Suarez have already scored 55 goals together this season - Neymar has added nine. However, the Brazilian has provided 10 assists and is the third highest in the Spanish league behind Suarez, who has 12, and Germany's Toni Kroos with 11.
