Spanish "Primera" league is hosting the last 38th round this weekend. Four matches took place today, after which the champion of the 2015-16 season was revealed.

Before this round in Spain, there was intrigue as only one point separated the first and second places. However, "Barcelona", who has been leading throughout the season, did not let the title slip from their hands and triumphed for the second consecutive time in the country's championship after a victory against "Granada".

The Catalans showed character and focus from the start of the match. The first goal was not long in coming - in the 22nd minute, Jordi Alba crossed the ball into the penalty area and provided an accurate pass to Luis Suarez, who only had to direct the ball into the net.

In the 38th minute, L. Suarez scored another goal. He received an impressive assist from Dani Alves. In the remaining time, "Barca" had no major difficulties and in the 86th minute, L. Suarez sealed the deal. It was Suarez's 40th goal of the season, earning him the "Pichichi" award.

For "Barcelona" club, this was the 24th "Primera" title in the club's history. In the last seven years, the Catalans have only missed out on winning the championship twice.

Real Madrid, who was waiting for Barcelona's stumble, clashed with La Coruna's "Deportivo" away. Two goals from Cristiano Ronaldo brought victory to "Los Blancos" with a score of 2-0, securing them the title of vice-champions.

Other matches ended with Athletic Bilbao's victory against Sevilla. After the win, the Basques secured the fifth place and entry into the group stage of the UEFA Europa League. Madrid's "Atletico", remaining in third place, won 2-0 against Vigo's "Celta", but it did not prevent "Celta" from staying in seventh place.
