„Sky Sports“ reports that „Norwich City“ has identified three coaches with whom they would like to negotiate for the position of head coach: Dean Smith, Frank Lampard, and „Southampton“ manager Ralph Hasenhuttl. The main candidate is former „Chelsea“ and „Derby“ coach Lampard, with whom negotiations are planned for the end of this week. However, recently sacked „Aston Villa“ coach Dean Smith has also caught the attention of Norwich City. It is believed that Smith has all the necessary skills and experience to bring success to the „Canaries“. He led „Villa“ to the „Premier League in 2019 and kept them there in their first season, finishing 11th last season. Currently, the third candidate Hasenhuttl is difficult to reach and Norwich City's management understands that. He currently has a job with „Southampton“ team, and is also being considered by the recently relieved „Aston Villa“ team as their „Alpine Klopp“ coach. Nevertheless, his work at the „Saints“ club is admired and it is hoped that negotiations could be initiated if the opportunity arises."
