Journalist David Ornstein announces that "Nottingham Forest" has reached a verbal agreement with the "Stuttgart" team for the transfer of 24-year-old defender Orelio Mangala. It is alleged that the "reds" will have to pay approximately 15 million euros for the Belgian. Although the deal is not yet finalized, it seems that the 24-year-old midfielder will become the 11th "Forest" acquisition this summer. Mangala has already made his debut for the Belgian national team, and last season in the Bundesliga he played 29 matches, scored 1 goal, and provided 4 assists.
