„Tottenham“ has been suffering from many factors lately, which is why the London club cannot be at full strength.  First of all, South American players Giovani Lo Celso, Cristian Romero, and Davinson Sanchez had to isolate in Croatia for 10 days after international break.  Injuries also plague Son Heung-Min, Eric Dier, and Ryan Sessegnon, and in the last match, in the Conference League against „Rennes“, Steven Bergwijn and Lucas Moura did not finish the game due to injuries.  After the match, „Tottenham“ coach Nuno Espirito Santo was asked about this and he replied: „It's a tragedy. I have to be honest. Let's not hide behind anything. Everything that happened to us after the match against „Watford“ was really not good.  However, this is football and we know that this is just a moment that we need to overcome. Today we tried to show our players solutions, thinking about Sunday's match, we need to overcome these obstacles. It will make us even stronger in the future, for sure,“ commented Nuno.  On Sunday, „Tottenham“ faces a very serious match at home against the „Chelsea“ team, it will be the central match of the round.
