„Wolves“ head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has been named the best Premier League coach of the month for October, after his team won 10 out of 12 possible points in the league table. This is the third consecutive season that the head coach of the „Wolves“ team has won this award. Nuno is also the third Portuguese coach to receive this recognition. Jose Mourinho and Andre Villas-Boas have also won this award. At the beginning of October, the „Wolves“ team was only in 16th place in the league table, but by November the team had already taken the fifth place, trailing the first position by just three points. In the next matches, „Wolves“ will face the „Southampton“ team, who currently rank fourth in the league table and are just two points behind the league leaders „Leicester“.
