"Manchester United" defender Nemanja Vidic has confirmed that this season will be his last in the team.
The Serbian promises to leave the ranks of the "Red Devils" in the summer and move to play in another country.
"I spent eight wonderful years here. I will always remember them as the best in my career," said the 32-year-old defender.
"I couldn't imagine winning 15 trophies with "Man Utd", and the night in Moscow will remain in my and the fans' memories forever."
"However, I decided to move forward and seek new challenges. I want to show the best of myself in the remaining part of my career," continued the footballer.
"I am not considering the possibility of moving to another English club, as the only team I wanted to play for in this country is "Man Utd". I was lucky to be part of this team. I have a few options and will choose the one that is best for me and my family."
"Now I will focus on football and try to give my all in the remaining part of the season. I hope the speculation about my future will end," said N. Vidic.
The Serbian moved to Manchester in 2006 when he was bought from the Moscow "Spartak" club for 10.5 million euros.
