Despite all the controversial opinions, Ousmane Dembele's agent Moussa Sissoko claims that Barcelona is satisfied with the player's work.
O. Dembele, who cost 105 million euros, has not yet proven his worth in the Catalan ranks. The Frenchman is not only not a starter, but also often gets involved in incidents outside the pitch - arriving late for training or not showing up at all without explanation, as it happened last week.
The press reported that the Barcelona club is very disappointed with the player's ethics, but his agent told a completely different story.
"He is only 21 years old and he is already playing for Barcelona. He has scored six goals and provided two assists, so I really don't understand the criticism towards him.
"We want him to continue to improve, he is still very young, so it is normal," - said the agent, who shares the same surname as the Tottenham player.
The agent revealed that he personally spoke with Barcelona's representative Eric Abidal and he only had good words to say about O. Dembele.
"I spoke with Eric and he said he is satisfied with Dembele. He told me that there are no problems with him in training," - said M. Sissoko.
"There is no doubt that Ousmane will continue his career at Barca. I am sure Valverde wants him," - concluded the player's representative.
