O. G. Solskjaer is pleased with improving J. Lingard's game

This season, "Manchester United" attacking midfielder Jesse Lingard, who has scored only one goal in 20 matches, has recently received a lot of criticism from both the team's fans and football experts.

However, celebrating his 27th birthday this week, the Englishman was a key figure for the team last week, when the "Red Devils" defeated both "Tottenham" and "Manchester City".

His improved performance is also pleasing to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who mentioned Lingard's off-field issues.

"We all face problems both on and off the field. Lingard's problems will stay between us. He is completely dedicated to this club, and his work ethic is simply excellent.

Everyone can criticize anything, as some people think they have that privilege. As a coach, I need to take care of these guys both when they are doing well and when they are going through a rough patch.

I really enjoy working with Lingard. I met him while coaching the reserve team. It's great to see him back in good form," said O.G. Solskjaer.
