O. G. Solskjaer Surprised by Gap in Beşiktaş Structure

Recently, Norwegian Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who took over the helm of Istanbul's "Beşiktaş" club, was surprised by certain decisions made by the Turkish club.

A well-known team from the Old Continent has not had its own scouting department until now.

"I arrived here ten days ago, and we are already working to bring in the right specialists to strengthen the team.
