Observing the ČL final in Turin almost ended in tragedy

"Piazza San Carlo" square, where gathered fans of Turin's "Juventus" watched the UEFA Champions League final, narrowly avoided tragedy. After Cristiano Ronaldo's second goal led Madrid's "Real" club 3-1, 13 thousand people started running out of the square after hearing an explosion. It was later revealed that a hooligan had set off fireworks and a barrier had fallen. However, fans could have been injured just due to the ensuing panic. Fortunately, the panic subsided and a significant portion of fans returned to finish watching the match, in which "Real" players extended their lead with a precise strike by Marco Asensio. During these events, an estimated 50 people were injured, but Rai TV reports that the number may reach 400. According to the police, the raised panic in the square did not cause many injuries, and most people were hurt because of the fallen barrier.
