With "Liverpool" long linked to Real Madrid's midfielder Asier Illarramendi returned to the "Real Sociedad" club.
The 25-year-old midfielder started his career specifically at "Real Sociedad" and played there until 2013 when he moved to Madrid for about 32 million euros.
However, his time at the "Real" club was not successful and A. Illarramendi failed to become a key player for the team. This summer he was linked with several clubs in England, but ultimately chose to return to his hometown club.
With "Real Sociedad" A. Illarramendi signed a 6-year contract and will be presented to the fans tonight.
