Preparing for their debut in the English "Premier" League, "Middlesbrough" announced their latest summer addition. The vice-champions of the Championship revealed that they have signed experienced striker Alvaro Negredo from "Valencia" for the upcoming season.
The 30-year-old striker has been wearing the wings of "Bats" for the past two seasons, but "Valencia" agreed to part ways with the Spaniard for the approaching season.
The "Premier" League football is well-known to striker A. Negredo. In the 2013-14 season, the Spaniard played for "Manchester City" and scored nine goals in 32 matches.
Last season was also successful for the former Spanish national team forward in Valencia. In total, the footballer appeared 42 times and found the net 12 times.
"Middlesbrough" has previously acquired players such as Marten de Roon, Viktor Fischer, and Bernardo Espinosa.
