"Manchester United" fans can uncork champagne bottles - the "Red Devils" have confirmed the acquisition of 21-year-old right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The defender, who belonged to "Crystal Palace," underwent a medical examination on Thursday and signed a five-year contract. "Man Utd" paid £45 million for the promising footballer. The amount could potentially rise to £50 million.
"It's an unbelievable feeling to be a "Manchester United" player," said A. Wan-Bissaka. "Only a small number of players get the chance to showcase themselves at this club. I can't wait to start playing here".
Having signed a five-year contract, the defender will earn £80,000 per week. In "Crystal Palace," he had the lowest salary in the entire squad - £10,000 per week.
The promising defender made his debut in the main "Crystal Palace" team in 2017. Last season in the "Premier" league, he played 35 matches and provided three assists.
A. Wan-Bissaka became the second summer signing for "Man Utd" - previously, Daniel James was acquired.
