"Newcastle" club has confirmed that Alan Pardew is saying goodbye to the "Magpies" and officially moving to London to coach the "Crystal Palace" footballers.
The 53-year-old strategist has signed a three and a half year contract with the "Crystal Palace" club. This club is already familiar to A. Pardew, as he spent four years (1987-1991) as a player there.
"It has been a privilege to coach the 'Newcastle' club. I want to thank my captain Fabricio Coloccini and the other players. I also want to thank the fans, who have been with us for the past four years," said A. Pardew.
Although titles with the "Newcastle" team eluded him, in the 2011-12 season he was recognized as the best coach of the season.
