Official: Atletico has added a Barcelona player

"Barcelona" team got rid of another unnecessary player.

It has been officially announced that the Catalans have sent defender Clément Lenglet to Madrid's "Atletico" club on loan for one season.

The loan agreement does not include an option to buy the player after the season.

Since arriving in Catalonia in 2018, C. Lenglet has played a total of 160 matches for "Barça", scoring seven goals and providing three assists.

He celebrated winning the "La Liga" championship (2018/2019), as well as the King's Cup (2020/2021) and the Spanish Super Cup (2018/2019). In recent seasons, the Frenchman has been loaned to "Aston Villa" and "Tottenham" clubs.
