"Swansea City" officially confirmed the season-long loan of 30-year-old striker Bafetimbi Gomis to France.
The Frenchman, along with the "swans", is preparing for the new season, but returned from America and shook hands with "Marseille". The sniper will have to replace Michy Batshuayi, who moved to "Chelsea" in London for 40 million euros.
Almost his entire career, B. Gomis spent in France, but in 2014 he joined "Swansea". In two seasons, the striker managed to step onto the field 71 times and score 17 goals.
Earlier, the Frenchman played for "Lyon" and "Saint-Etienne" teams, and at the beginning of his career he was loaned to "Troyes".
In total, in the "Ligue 1" championships, B. Gomis has played 320 matches and scored 104 goals.
