The rumors have been confirmed - Portugal's strategist Bruno Lage has lost his job at the "Wolverhampton" club.
The 46-year-old specialist was fired after two consecutive losses: against "Manchester City" at home and "West Ham United" away. Overall, the "wolves" had a poor start to the season, earning only 6 points in 8 rounds.
A similar fate befell B. Lage at the "Benfica" club, where his first season was very successful, but he was dismissed in the second.
Before that, another Portuguese specialist, Nuno Espirito Santo, coached the "Wolverhampton" team.
It is currently unclear who will be the next coach of this team, which has many Portuguese players in its squad.
Wolves have parted company with head coach Bruno Lage.
