The twenty-year-old forward was loaned to Liverpool's "Everton" team last season, and returned to "Barca" in the summer to try to establish himself in the first team. However, according to the media, the new Catalonia team strategist Luis Enrique was not satisfied with either the player's attitude towards work in training or his overall readiness to play in the men's team. "G. Deulofeu is loaned in order to have more opportunities to play and improve as a player" - this is how it is written in the official statement released by "Barcelona" on Thursday evening about the agreement reached with "Sevilla" regarding the player's loan. In the Sevilla team, G. Deulofeu will not be the only Barcelona player. The Andalusian team has also loaned the youth academy midfielder Denis Suarez for two seasons.
