Donecko „Shakhtar“ club announced that they are parting ways with forward Douglas Costa for 30 million euros, who is going to Munich to play for „Bayern“.
The 24-year-old Brazilian signed a five-season contract with the Bavarian team.
A few moments later, the same information was confirmed by the German champions.
The acquisition of Costa should provide coach Pep Guardiola with more options on the attacking side. This will be particularly important as key „Bayern“ wingers Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery missed a significant part of this season due to injury.
