"Liverpool" confirmed that they acquired Birmingham's "Aston Villa" striker Christian Benteke for 46.5 million euros.
The Merseyside club paid the entire buyout clause for the Belgian, making him the second most expensive purchase in the team's history.
The 25-year-old footballer is far from being the only "Reds" newcomer this summer. Roberto Firmino, Danny Ings, James Milner, Nathaniel Clyne, Adam Bogdan, and Joe Gomez have already joined the team.
Last season in the "Premier" league, Benteke scored 13 goals and created 33 real chances in 29 matches.
