In recent times, the struggling team "Watford" acquired goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon from "Sunderland" for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old goalkeeper spent 18 months with the "Sunderland" team. In total, the Romanian played 49 matches for the club, but hasn't appeared on the field since December.
"Sunderland" would like to thank Pantilimon for his hard work and wish him the best of success in the future," the current goalkeeper's club wrote on their official website.
At the moment, the main goalkeeper for the "Watford" team is Heurelho Gomes, with Lithuanian Giedrius Arlauskis as his backup. It seems that the Lithuanian national team goalkeeper will have to satisfy the role of the third goalkeeper at least until the end of the season.
C. Pantilimon has played for two years in the "Manchester City" club, where he participated in 29 matches.
