“Chelsea” retains defender Thiago Silva, with whom they signed a contract until the end of next season. And quite unexpectedly, the contract was also extended with forward Olivier Giroud, who has recently been linked to other clubs. The Frenchman's contract was also extended until the end of next season. Thiago Silva looked really good in his first season in London and the contract was definitely worth it. Giroud was linked to the “Milan” club. Perhaps Chelsea will try to make a profit from Giroud's transfer and receive a certain amount for it, but for now it is unclear and unconfirmed. In addition, Milan will acquire “The Blues” defender Fikayo Tomori for 28.5 million euros, this has already been confirmed.

Confirmed. AC Milan have just communicated to Chelsea they're triggering €28.5m clause in order to sign Fikayo Tomori on a permanent deal. The agreement will be completed and announced next week.
