London's "Arsenal" officially confirmed on Thursday the arrival of Spanish national team midfielder Dani Ceballos.
As predicted, the 22-year-old midfielder will arrive at "Arsenal" on a loan basis. The "Gunners" failed to agree on the possibility of buying the player's contract next summer.
"I am proud to wear this team's jersey. I am joining a historic Premier League club that will help me take a step forward in my career," the Spaniard said in his first interview.
D. Ceballos was forced to leave Madrid's "Real" team after Zinedine Zidane could not guarantee him an important role in the team.
Defending the colors of the "White" since 2017, D. Ceballos played 34 matches last season, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
Prior to that, the midfielder played for Sevilla's "Real Betis" team.
After finalizing the deal with D. Ceballos, "Arsenal" will also try to acquire William Saliba and Kieran Tierney.
