Official: D. Grudzinskas has struck a deal with Salzburg

Another talent from Lithuania has signed with a famous club from the Old Continent.

It has been officially announced that 16-year-old midfielder Dovas Grudzinskas is departing for the "Salzburg" club.

"I am very happy to finally announce my new chapter in my football career, joining the 'Red Bull' family. I want to thank my family, loved ones, and friends for everything. My biggest thanks go to the 'FA Žalgirietis' football academy, the coaches, and its founders: my dearest father Žydrūnas Grudzinskas and Gediminas Kontautas, who helped me grow as a person and as a player."

"I want to thank Ozo gymnasium, Rimvydas Kochanauskas, and the entire team for the work put into my football journey. Thank you to Vilnius district 'TransINVEST' for the last warm six months. And I also thank everyone who supported and believed in my success; without you, I wouldn't be where I am now," wrote D. Grudzinskas on social media.
