Official: D. James becomes the first "Man Utd" newcomer

"Manchester United" club has finally announced their first summer newcomer - 21-year-old Daniel James. The winger, who played for "Swansea" club, has been linked with the "Red Devils" for several months. "Man Utd" informed that the player successfully passed the medical examination. As of now, the details of the contract are not disclosed, but it is reported that "Man Utd" paid £18 million for the Welsh national team player. D. James, usually playing on the left attacking side, made his debut in the main "Swansea" team in the summer of 2018. This season, in the "Championship" league, he scored four goals and made nine assists in 33 matches. We're delighted to have agreed terms, in principle, with Swansea City for the transfer of Daniel James to #MUFC. Further details will be revealed in due course. — Manchester United (@ManUtd) June 7, 2019
