"At the bottom of the English Premier League standings, Norwich City found a new head coach. On Monday, it was officially announced that recently released from Aston Villa, Dean Smith, will now be in charge of the team. The 50-year-old Englishman signed a contract for one and a half years. Craig Shakespeare will work as an assistant to D. Smith. Norwich has so far earned only five points this season and is one of the main contenders to be relegated from the Premier League."
