Inter Milan club announces that, just after one season, they will part ways with midfielder Ever Banega. An agreement has already been reached for the Argentine to return to Sevilla club.
The transfer will be finalized once the 28-year-old player agrees to personal contract terms and undergoes a medical examination in Spain.
Banega arrived in Serie A after a successful season with Sevilla, where they won the UEFA Europa League, and he was one of the team's leaders.
In the beginning, Banega also showed good statistics in Inter's ranks, but as the season progressed, he played fewer matches. Eventually, when Stefano Vecchi took over as the coach for the last three rounds of the Italian league, he only played for four minutes.
In total, in 33 matches across all competitions last season, Banega scored six goals and provided eight assists.
