„Newcastle United“ has a new head coach - 43-year-old specialist Eddie Howe. Taking over the „Newcastle“ club for the Saudi Arabian consortium was difficult to find a new coach at first. Initially among the candidates were mentioned names like Paulo Fonseca, Unai Emery, but in the end the „Magpies“ management stopped at Eddie Howe. The Englishman signed a contract with „Newcastle United“ until 2024. The „Magpies“ are currently in second to last place in the „Premier“ league.
